Troy's Journey Through the First 15 Days

Hey everybody! Sometimes you cannot post your feelings in 140 characters or less so here it goes. The first 15 days of the challenge have been amazing. I have lost weight. About 6 pounds as of this writing. That is after my first full week at the gym. 6 Pounds in one week. Not bad.

I am eating less and still getting full and feel healthier and strong. Anytime Fitness, Nutrex-Hawaii and Susan Smith Jones have been amazing!

If you  haven't heard our 3-part audio series based on Susan Smith Jones' hit book "Walking on Air: Your 30-Day Inside and Out Rejuvenation Makeover", I sure hope you do. There is even a special offer just for YOU.

To be honest I doubted myself. I made a promise to you the Troy Show audience and to myself. I wasn't sure I would stick to it. I have and I am actually doing ok. Both are shockers to me.

I did this challenge for myself. I wanted to feel better about myself. I graduate college this year. I always say that if you do things for other people you can't be successful. Your support has meant the world.

I am training 3 days a week doing cardio and weight training with our tremendous partner Anytime Fitness! Our cameras literally showed the first time I walked into a gym, and it will air worldwide.. It's crazy.

The first time I left the Gym, my legs hurt so bad! Now, I look forward to going to the gym. Not to brag but the weights are the easiest part. Its the damn stretching that is a pain in the you know what. I am so use to sitting behind a desk, or on a stage talking.

It wasn't all pretty as you will see on The Troy Show Reality Special coming this May. The camera caught some of my most intimate moments.

I posted on Facebook how I regretted letting the cameras into my life so much. You'll see why this May.

The next 15 days are the beginning of a new life for me. I look forward to what ensues.
